Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sprinkles Billund. These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, consultations, and services provided by Jaxi Arun (Sprinkles Billund). By placing an order or requesting an inquiry, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Design Process & Consultations

• Inspiration: While we welcome reference photos and themes, we do not provide exact "carbon copies" of other artists' work. We will use your ideas to create a unique design in our signature style.

• Final Approval: All design details (flavors, size, and theme) must be finalized at least 10 days prior to the delivery/pickup date.

2. Booking & Payments

To secure your date in our calendar, the following payment terms apply:

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders. Your date is not reserved until this deposit is received.

• Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

• Short-Notice Orders: Orders placed within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because our products are custom-made and ingredients are sourced specifically for your order:

• Cancellations: If you cancel your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 72 hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable in full, as work on your custom design has already commenced.

• Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but this is subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate your new date, the standard cancellation policy applies.

4. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

At Sprinkles Billund, we pride ourselves on offering Vegan, Gluten-Free (GF), and Lactose-Free (LF) options.

• Cross-Contamination: While we follow strict hygiene standards, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% "allergen-free" environment.

• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any severe allergies during the inquiry process.

5. Collection & Delivery

• Pickup: Once an order is picked up from our studio in Billund, the client takes all responsibility for the cake. We are not liable for any damage occurring during transport by the client.

• Delivery: If delivery is arranged, our responsibility ends once the cake is safely delivered at the venue.

• Storage: We will provide specific storage instructions (e.g., refrigeration needs). Sprinkles Billund is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or heat exposure after delivery/pickup.

6. Photography

We reserve the right to take photographs of our creations and use them for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. If your order is a surprise and you would like us to delay posting, please let us know in advance!

7. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that Sprinkles Billund is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), our liability is limited to a full refund. We will do our utmost to help you find an alternative baker.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be settled in the local courts of Denmark.
